very good! i did 2 ballsy things, that i probably shouldn't have (just because i don't bake); but it turned out great. i used applesauce instead of 1/2 the sugar, because i thought i remembered i read that somewhere, but when i creamed it with the butter it kinda, seperated and i thought i was in deep doo-doo. thten it was to go into two loaf pans instead of a cake pan (all i had). all in all it turned out great.
