mini IVF?

Has anyone here done mini-IVF?

It's where you stimulate the ovaries with clomid from CD3-13 or so, then harvest the eggs, make embryos, and then freeze them using vitrification. They don't transfer them until the next cycle because that much clomid is bad for endometrial lining development.

It's cheaper than regular IVF because the meds are so much less. But they don't get as many eggs that way. Plus you risk loss in freezing, though they claim it's only 1% loss.

Any info is appreciated! Thanks!!!

I just saw that noone has responeded. I didn't research this option, but I know a few women on here did. Perhaps Poetgirl or Airmide??? When the search function is up and working, you can search for more information. I hope you find the answers you need.
