I'm posting for my sister, who has a four month old and works a lot of hours. Her baby is striking and nursing is important to her. She has to work and has to pump. Ideas for quick help?

My mom gave me this for Christmas and I absolutely love it. Gorgeous illustrations and very sweet ideas inside. Plus it's just structured enough so that I can be creative about what I include...

This is the prettiest carrier, and fit my shoulders and figure (at 5'6") much better than the Ergo. I got it when my daughter was about nine months, two years ago - it doesn't appear to have...

This potty is great - excellent value & performance! (plus it's cute!) My 9 month old DS took to it right away. He is a big boy (30 in. tall - feet not quite on floor - & 27 lbs.) and this is...

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

Nursing strike with a working mom?

I'm sorry--that must be so hard. Is he striking completely? Any way she can take a day or two off while she tries to resolve this? I know that may not be possible...
Have you or she checked out the info on nursing strikes on kellymom.com? It's very good.
Does she co-sleep? Can she take the baby to bed with her during her non-working hours and hang out topless with the babe naked for some skin-to-skin? Taking a bath together can be good, too. Has she tried nursing while the babe is asleep or very sleepy? How about wearing the babe in a sling or wrap?
This may not be feasible--but any way that the baby can get his milk from something other than a bottle while she is away from him?
I hope that things are going better... You might try cross posting in the working mom's forum for some BTDT perspective...
