I was right about gender but wrong wrong wrong about everything else.

Other details: I am hoping I can birth quietly and comfortably by myself in the bathroom, with maybe minimal help from dh. I will use my hypno cds and my aromatherapy and my birthing necklace. Then we can call the midwives, and the boys will wake up in the morning to meet their new sister. But we'll see what happens.

So, I was a little bit off on everything-- she was much bigger than I expected, at 9 pounds 1 oz, she was about 20 or 20.5 inches so that was close, she was born 6 days past her due date so that was off, I was off on the lenght of labor, although from transition to delivery it was WAY shorter than last time, but the first stage was longer. I DID give birth in the bathroom! Lol. just as expected. The birth was much different than I expected, it was not so quiet and comfortable. Actually it was pretty darn quiet, just not AS quiet as I had hoped for. The midwife was present and my DH, but I was glad they were there. I just wish it had been more comfortable!!!
