How often do you change pads during the day with your Diva Cup? This is my second cycle with my Diva Cup and my first time using mama cloth. I could have seriously used the same pad allllllllll day.....since last night, actually. I've had no leaks and no other goo down there. Do y'all change your mama cloth a lot or do you find you leave it on longer if it's completely unsoiled?

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I don't use anything else with the Diva Cup, just the cup. I have a fairly light flow so maybe with a heavier flow it is necessary.

If it's unsoiled then I keep it on. I don't change my undwear during the day, kwim?
If the pad is a little soiled I'll keep it on longer then if it's RELLY soiled.
