I just bought some AIO's online from a wahm, and she used vinyl backed flannel for the waterproof liner. I have heard of this, so I wasn;t to worried. But they are not holding up. I was wondering if anyone has an alternative to the waterproof liner if I just take them apart and replace it myself. Thanks for any ideas.

I use pul (and I've shopped from the store I linked you to).

I'd go with PUL also, but it's going to be a bit of work to take them apart and start over. You'll have to take them apart almost to the begining.
Can you return them?
