Sweet dreams diapers

I went ahead and ordered some, even though no one here had used them. She has a ebay store and her prices are great, I got a dozen fitteds for $35. Granted they are flannel, so they aren't that absorbant, but they work well for a newborn. Dallin is 7 pounds so he is slightly under the weight limit for the diapers but they fit ok. There is a little gaping around his chicken legs, but that 's ok if he's got a good cover on. Considering the price, I think these are great for a newborn. I probably won't order any in larger sizes simply because of the absorbancy issue, but if anyone was thinking about getting some, they are a pretty good dipe. Because they are a fitted, they are super easy to put on. I use a bummis pull on with them. Of course I don't have a lot to compare them to, but these get a thumbs up in my book.

I thought these were so adorable, and heard a few raves from some mommas here so I ordered 2 newborn ones to try. When they hadn't arrived 10 days later, I emailed the seller, but got not reply. They arrived yesterday (4 days after my email) and were postmarked the day after I sent the email.

On top of being upset at the late shipping, I am horribly disappointed in the quality of the sewing. They look like they were tossed together, the stitching is uneven and loopy in places and in one spot the inner fabric doesn't even meet the outer where it was turned, the topstitching is barely holding it together. Not to mention that the velcro is sewn badly and not in the cute figure-eight circles like the pictures show. I took them apart to redo the topstitching and velcro (I sew for a living so it wasn't too hard to do) but was even more upset when I saw the inner construction. The soakers were sewn completely crooked and the terry had messy raw edges that were already shedding chunks of lint inside.

I thought these were instock items and that they would look just like the pics on the listing. The pattern is really nice, narrow crotch, shorter rise that I love and her prices are great, so I'd planned to buy a lot of them, but now I will not consider getting anymore.

I bought a few of these diapers. They looked pretty good for the price (the ones I got, anyway). I'm so sorry yours looked so bad!!
A few of the velcro on the tabs wasn't sewn perfectly, but it was ok, as I needed some "stash fill-ins", as I like to say

I ended up removing the velcro and adding my own snaps. I have to use hemp doublers with them because they're not very absorbant.
So I wouldn't use them as a staple in my stash, but if you're short on fitteds and need more to have enough till washday, I'd get some.
