What must I have in my personal library. I'm very big on having a good reference book to refer too. I have tons of sewing books/references and have been thinking I should get some knitting ones too.

I could kick myself for recommending it, but in all honesty I couldn't live without it: I love my Knitting for Dummies. I have yet to have a need that wasn't addressed in that book, and, like that whole series, there are lots of pictures and diagrams and samples and such, great for visual learners.
