PCOS/CM question

I am on CD 48 (the longest cycle in over a year). I didn’t chart this cycle (to give myself a break), but I’ve been having what I thought was post-O symptoms since CD 9/10: sore breasts, nausea (typical for me during PMS) and a few other post-O symptoms. I also have been having bouts of watery and creamy CM since. The CM is either yellowish or clear. Since I had a neg HTP on 6/21, I’m not pregnant. And since AF hasn’t arrived, I’m not certain that I Oed despite the symptoms.

My question is, does excess CM a symptom of PCOS? I never had this before. Its usually EWCM before I O then I’m dry until AF. I’m going to talk to my doctor this evening when she calls me back, but wondering what you experiences with this are.

For me it certainly is not. In fact I was always somewhat at a loss at the whole checking your cm thing - I just never saw any trackable changes.

No matter how long my cycle is, I have ewcf before o, but not really after. In my super long cycles (45+ days, as long as 81), I will have patches of ewcf that come and go. When my body finally decides to switch into luteal-phase-mode (even if I haven't actually ovulated), then I only notice watery fluid.

Thanks ladies.

I forgot to ask my doctor about it when we spoke.

I have PCOS and extended fertile-quality cervical mucous.
