If you use Dr. Bonner's for handsoap, what do you put it in?

I was just reusing two bottles that used to have Bath and Body Works soap in them. They are pump style. I added some Dr. B's and diluted it. However, it seems to sort of leak everywhere out of the bottle, which is wasteful. What kind of pump style bottle do you use for your Dr. Bonner's and where can I get one? I have looked at the Big Box Stores but can't find anything different than what I am already using.

I think most people use Dr. Bronners in a foaming pump style bottle. I little Dr. B's, some water and a bit of airspace. I'm currently looking for reasonably priced foam dispensers, so if anyone knows of a place...

I use a foaming pump and it works great Mine is a recycled regular soap foaming bottle. I just refilled it with the Dr. Bronners

So glad to see this thread. I had previously tried to just put diluted Dr B's in an old dispenser and it was a disaster. My 3yo, the poor thing, was getting soap all over the place. She didn't have the ability to just pump a little, or at least she kept forgetting to just pump a little. I will definitely be doing this. Thanks!!

Do they sell foaming soap at the stores so I can get one to later recycle for my Dr. B's? I have never looked. I was looking for foaming dispensers in the household section, not the soap section

Mine is in a Tone foaming soap dispenser. It gets stuck in the down position occasionally but it doesn't leak.

I just bought the target generic brand of foaming hand wash. Gave the actual Target wash to my sister to refill her container and then filled mine with a solution of 1 part Dr. B to 5 parts water. Works great!

We are currently using up the remains of a Bath & Body Works foaming hand soap so that I can refill it with Dr. B's baby mild castile soap I found for a good price and want to try out.

I never knew about this! We use regular pumps and have to squirt it in my hands in a way so it doesn’t splash on my clothes. have to find one!

Just a regular soap pump. By 2.5 years old, my kids master how much to squirt by themselves. They then add a little water, turn water off, sing ABCs as they scrub and make bubbles (singing the song helps them understand how long it takes to rub off germs) and then turn water back on to rinse (they are VERY aware of water waste, LOL).

We ALWAYS get compliments on our handsoap from guests, btw. We use the Eucalyptus (SP?) scent.

I reuse old Method foaming containers as well. I put about 1-2 tablespoons of castille soap and fill the rest up with water. Works like a charm.

I just dilute it and put it in a regular pump soap dispenser.

Seems to work fine.

I don't quite understand why some of you feel like you need a foaming pump.

The foamer bottles make wahsing hands easier (and more fun!) for kids.

I foam. I rejoice when foam is present. I grunt in disappointment when foam is not available. Foam is the best thing to happen to soap in my lifetime.

Yeah the foaming dispenser keeps the runny soap from running all over the place. Less mess w/kids! I use a recycled one too but have looked for empty ones and could never find them...

When it gets clogged, it squirts all over me and it makes a mess. I can see why people are drawn to the foaming pumps.

I bought Kiss My Face foam soap dispenser & used up the soap so I could fill it with Dr. Bronner's. It was cheaper to just by the dispenser with the soap in it. I think Kiss My Face's soap is 78% organic so I didn't mind using it until I could put Dr. B in the dispenser.

Thanks!

Can you buy a foaming dispenser? I mean, just the dispenser, no soap?

I just bought new dispensers, so I'll probably stick with them. Just curious!
