I have a free session with a lawyer - what to ask?

I am very close to launching my business, which is so incredibly exciting!!! :

As part of government incentive to help small business setups, I have a free 30 minute session with a lawyer. So Mama's I need your advice, what kind of things should I get him to cover in our session?

A bit of background so you know what I am doing. I am based in the UK, and my business is going to be web-based selling non-toxic childrens products, all of which we will be sourcing from within the european union. I thought I would get him to read over the terms and conditions which I intend to put on the website. I will also be writing articles to feature on the website, and wondered if I should ask him about putting some kind of a disclaimer on the bottom of the articles. Any thing else you think I should ask as I am sure that will not take 30 minutes, and I really want to make the most of the time I have with him.

Thanks Mamas!

Perhaps how to trademark your business name?

seen the lawyer

thanks for the reply willowbean. Thankfully in the uk it is pretty easy to 'trademark' you business name by registering the name with companies house - which means nobody else can trade under that name. I had the meeting with the lawyer this morning and it all went great, he bought up lots of issues which I hadn't thought about, to implement before we get the business up and running, so that hopefully we won't be running into any issues in which we will need to be using a lawyer again
