Some of you have taled about a support belt? What is this? I need one in case my babe turns after the version on Wednesday!

Well, here's hoping you're in labor, but if you're not, a support belt is an elastic strap that you wear around your lower back and under the belly, to assist the abdominal muscles and provide support to the back. It keeps everything in a bit more of a natural, upright position and encourages a vertex baby to stay that way.
