Wordpress Customization?

If anyone on here has experience in working with customizing/installing wordpress on a hosted site I would appreciate a pm. I need to switch my free wordpress site to a more professional looking hosted site (my current site is halosecretarialservices.wordpress.com if you want to take a look before contacting me to discuss).

Many hosts provide one click installation of WordPress, check your cpanel and see if it has "Fantastico". That will make the self-hosted installation easier at least. You can also use the free templates at WordPress on self hosted sites as well.

Or try Googling "WordPress Custom Theme" or similar, there are tons of designers who do this and even ofter tutorials! I love WordPress, there are just so many resources available for it!
