All right I know there have been a billion conversations about it, but I am sorry I wasn't paying attention
I found capsules that are 500 or 1000 mg and the instructions say to take orally. Are these the same ones you use vaginally as well and if so how much and which ones? (Some take orally and vaginally?)
TIA!

I just looked for the ones with the least ingredients in them and I take them orally and vag. I haven't taken them vag the last 2 days (did oral instead at night) b/c DH and I have been DTD to see if that works instead.

I think they are the same ones tho, I've never heard anyone say any different. Oh and I don't know about the pea sized bump you have in there, but I have a little tiny dot like pin prick thing on the end of my cervix...is this similar to what you are reffering to?

I just do the 500 capsules, 3 of them vaginally at night a couple times a week. When I get to 39 weeks I will do it every night.

Another question...

Does EPO cause mucous discharge, or is that my plug starting to come? I did EPO with my last and never lot any plug and never dilated, but this morning after doing EPo off and on for a week I had a piece of boogery stuff after a poo (sorry TMI!). Is that plug or the EPO?

Mine is more off to the side and up against the pelvic bone. It doesn't hurt just on its own, but because it is in a delicate area it hurts if it gets pressed against that wall. I have heard bumps on the cervix are not uncommon, but that's not where mine is.
Thanks for the info on the EPO!

I took EPO when TTC and it definitely increased my mucuous discharge. I am not taking it now so I can't say for sure in your situation.

I have no idea, but I did have a very small glob of something the other night after doing vag EPO. So it could be either I suppose, sorry I'm not more helpful.

I'm doing vag EPO every night or DTD and I'm still not dilating......I just hope it's getting softer at least.

Thanks for the reminder, I need to pick some up next week!

(My mw did say that it increases mucous and discharge, and it can have a tint...)
