Movement more frequent & more violent & more painful - a sign of any kind?!

Well, my little beebles has always been a very active baby, but the last week has just been ridiculous. It has been shifting from LOA to ROP almost daily. The "rolling over" process has been increasingly violent (he/she seems to like to use his/her legs for leverage) and incredibly painful.

I'm not due for another week or so (July 15th) and this is my first baby, so I really don't expect any labour for a couple of weeks at least. But what's going on? Shouldn't beebles be getting less active as things get more crowded in there???

On a related note, when the babe is ROP my DH has started playing "Whack-A-Mole" with its feet. :/ You can see its little feet sticking out everywhere on the left side of my tummy - DH pokes them when he sees them, making them pull back in.

i'm not sure it's any sort of sign. dd got pretty squirmy for her last few weeks, and this one's been doing the same. i'm guessing they're just trying to get comfy since space is limited, and it's just a bit harder now. i've been doing lots of hands and knees time as well as an inversion every day, just to make sure everything's evened out in my body. my MW also reccomends to skip a step when you're walking up them to even out ligaments and whatnot. hth! oh and the "whack-a-mole" thing cracked me up! my LO has been trying out a posterior position on and off for the past week, and it's so uncomfortable!
