Anyone have suggestions for Home Ec curriculum and/or resources? Right now I'm looking for something for me to study, and the kids will be doing it in the future. I'm open to both secular and religious material.

i purchased "keepers at home" for my dd to begin next year. i would definitely consider it to be like a home ec course. here is the table of contents: http://www.keepersofthefaith.com/Cat...KeepersTOC.asp

i also received my catalog from www.lovetolearn.net and they had a lot of home ec courses to choose from. hth!
