Asianyoushi......stay in little one!!! Stick stick stick inside for a little while longer!! I'm glad the terb. worked this time. How many weeks are you now? PTL (pre-term labor) is something I wish no one had to deal with. Fingers crossed for you!!!

Forsythia....WOW only 32 days!! I must admit I'm reaching the point now (31.5 weeks) that I get the tinniest twinge of jealousy when I hear women are farther along than me!

My pubic symphsis pain is ramping up big time. Time to go to the chiro. But I am sooooooooo excited because I'm getting a massage today!!! YEAH!

But, since I noticed this summer baby thread I thought I would post and let you wonderful ladies know that we're expecting #2 late July/early August. Thanks for all your good thoughts!

i am 29 weeks and 6 days. been fighting with preterm labor since 25 weeks. this boy is bound and determined to make an early appearance. my doctors and the doctors that have seen me in the practice dont think i will make it to 32 weeks.. im suppose to be on strict bed rest now but with little help from family and friends and two tots running around i been breaking that rule...

this is the second time i been fighting preterm labor-- my 20 month old son did the same thing but he stayed in til 36 weeks and 6 days..(preterm labor started at 25 weeks- no bed rest or modified bed rest and was completely healthy 7 pound 7 ounces 20 inches long at the above gestional age...)

Since every day counts, here's another vibe coming your way.

Where are you? Is there anything we can do to help? Meals, coming over to help kid-sit, etc? I do an awesome foot rub.

And welcome Jeni!

im in beaverton/aloha

help kid sit would be fantastic since my family has really fallen off the planet since i told them i need help. meals arent neccessary. kids are picky eaters- the littlest one only eats turkey and cheese and pop tarts and some noodles. while the older one just eats bologna sandwiches and peaches. weird kids i tell u. and my mil took the kids for a week and said she was loosing her mind and sent them back as soon as i got out of the hospital..(was in the hospital for 6 days straight) i really need help on friday-saturday-sunday and every other monday during the day time- like 9am to 2pm.. the rest of the days my dh can help out.

More vibes for you.

If you don't mind a stranger helping out, I might be able to give you a hand on some weekends. Our little guys are pretty close in age, they'd probably keep each other busy! My heart goes out to you, it must be so hard trying to do this with so little support.

Asian....so are you 30 weeks today???? YEAH for 30 weeks!!! I can't imagine trying to do as little as possible and get good rest with two little ones running around. I've found it really challenging to slow down just with one. My PTL scare last week really shook me up. It doesn't help that I see pre-term babies at work all the time either. A 30 week 1 day woman delivered last night. I wasn't her nurse but my heart just went out to her (her two older boys 6 and 10 were crying because they were so worried about their mom ). So if looking to the distant future seems too impossible for the doctors, just take it one day at a time: Stay pregnant today!!!

yup 30 weeks today. i never thought i would still be pregnant with this babe at 30 weeks just cuz the hard time i was having last month keeping him in. so i am very thankful for that. i am trying to just take it one day at time. cuz with the events of june- one day i would be completely fine and the next day i would be in tons of pain due to contractions & back labor like pains. its really hard to be on "bedrest" with two tots and hubby only helps after 2 pm til bed time or til he goes to work. so its quite frustrating.

Sticky babies for all!!!

We go in today for our first ultrasound!! So excited!! We also find out if its twins or a singleton today. Don't quite know what we are hoping for, but as long as it (they) are healthy, we'll take what we get at this point!
