I'm starting to get a bit worried. I've lost 5 lb since I found out I was expecting and I still feel so sick it seems like I'm bound to lose more. I never lost any weight with my son until the very end when he was just too big for me to eat much. I'm just wondering if this is anything to worry about? I'm not a big person, started out 115 lb but I'm certainly not sickly looking yet eiter. At what point do you worry? My hydration is good, I'm just worried about nutrition and ketones.

I lost 3 or so kilos with my ds (around 7 lbs) and I wasn't throwing up at all. I have started to drop a few now too, though I could do with it
You are using a lot of extra calories and probably not feeling like eating much, maybe try eating more frequently throughout the day, snacking every couple of hours or so. I would also have a chat with your doc/midwife to ask if they are concerned.
Hugs.

I've lost weight too. I think about 3 pounds. In my last pregnancy I lost about 7 pounds until the 11 week mark, when I started gaining steadily. I'm much thinner this time to start, and feeling more sick, I'll probably lose 7 or so pounds again. As long as you keep eating an appropriate number of calories and a high quality of food, I don't think there is any cause for concern. If you aren't eating, then I would worry.
