Good for you. My favorite pics are the ones in the swing and in the laundry basket. Too cute. It amazes me that so many teen moms go straight to formula and never try breastfeeding. I hope that other young moms see this as an inspiration. Perhaps you could look into talking to local schools with groups of young parents about the benefits of AP.

Thanks for your post on my video
I cant understand why most teenagers seem to bottle feed?

I try to educated my peers (even though they arent pregnant or anything) about breastfeeding and say little things here and there about it.

I try to be a good influence on them, I dont care if they are male or female I think everyone should know about breastfeeding.

I am the first out of my sisters to have a baby (they are now 16 and 21) and my older sister is going to TCC next year and will also give breastfeeding a go.

My younger sister, sadly, told me "he is to old to be doing that" about my son when he was 7 months old.But now she doesnt comment.I have given her alot of information on breastfeeding.

I like to think because I had a baby first and breastfed that my sisters will consider doing it more and do it for longer.

I had a male friend even tell me he read my blog and thinks breastmilk is amazing and he didnt know there was such a big difference between breastfeeding and not breastfeeding...

I dunno, I just like helping people I guess

I think I am pro breastfeeding because I was breastfed for five years :

Beautiful vid and good for you for standing up for your beliefs!! Wish I had done the same when my girls were born, I'm still considering going back to the relactation when my body's back up to speed!

It's a beautiful video. I had tears in my eyes by the end! What a great job as a mother and as a producer I plan to do something like that and a book on snapfish at the end of our nursing relationship -although now I think I should have made something for the 1st year anniversary. My little one is 19 months now and he is no weaner!
