I'm exhausted!

I forgot this feeling. I'm totally exhausted. Llewellyn beens fussily nursing every 2 hours at night and it takes me almost an hour to burp him and get him back settled. my other babies just nursed back to sleep but he doesn't really do this. I'm also recouping from a hellish weekend with the in laws. My house is trashed and I am emotionally drained from them. :

I could steal this post with one of my own... I feel your pain, I'm right there with you (except we're hourly to maybe an hour and a half).
:sigh: I've never been so sleep deprived because of my baby before... none of mine have done hourly...

My dds totally ruined me. My first babe exhausted me but the last 2 were just dreamy. I don't remember missing a beat of sleep. Little Phin has different ideas. He's fairly easy going but doesn't like to be put down for long. I need to start getting back to certain "to do's" like finding dd1 a school (huge deal) and sorting out student loan crap and so many more things that require my brain but I can't think w/a baby attached to me! I'll relearn it I'm sure but I'm having issues w/it right now.

Hugs all around

I hear you about having no brain. I work a few hours a week from home. My mom usually takes the older kids on Wednesdays so I can get the bulk of my work done, but today I can't think and just want to take this opportunity to sleep (L sleeps wonderfully long stretches during the day).

My dh almost cried last night when we were going on one hour of burping/nursing Mateo back down! We totally forgot how hard the first few months are. I now know that I can not have anymore children, this kills me!

Hang in there!
