Making bath fizzies?

Is it hard? Could me and my four year old do it together as a project?

I haven't personally made any yet (but OH how I want to! I get one on occasion from the honey seller at my farmer's market)

But from what I've seen and heard one of the best recipes out there is from Not Martha: http://www.notmartha.org/tomake/bathbombs/

This one is also good: http://www.teachsoap.com/bombs.html

The only concerns I would have is that the recipes use some ingredients (like boric acid and or citric acid. I don't think there's really a way around using one or the other for good fizzy bombs. Dust masks will be important (can get them at Home Depot for cheap. And I guess it just depends on your dd, you know her well enough to know whether or not she can follow safety direction well enough for this to be a good project igven those things. I hope you can do this will her

I want to know how it goes if you do, too!
