Below is a response from the Nestle corp. in response to a letter expressing concern about their sponsorship of the Baby Borrowers.
"Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, the company we use to place our television advertising did not follow established protocol.
This protocol involves a review of all new television programs with Nestle prior to placing advertising on our behalf.
Nestle is committed to a family-friendly, wholesome and responsible advertising policy and, once notified of the error immediately rectified the situation by withdrawing our ads from The Baby Borrowers program."
