I'm sure this has been discussed before, so sorry if I am repeating.
I was just thinking what I would say:
"i'm going to write down everything you say to me for the lawsuit."
Or repeating, "you said that you want me to cover up? Are you ordering me to do so?"
Maybe I should ask a friend to record the conversation on my cell phone video while they are "requesting" me to cover up!
Then no one can lie about the truth of the harrasment.
That's good to know that a mall officer can not really hold you and not let you go.
