to make a long story short, i have an opportunity to strongly influence the purchasing decisions regarding cleaning products at work. it's a fairly dirty industrial setting with offices, bathrooms, tile floors and a kitchen/lunch room. whatever we use has to work really well, but imo, what we use now isn't doing the trick and it stinks (in a toxic make-me-choke way).
at home, i use vinegar or a diluted dish soap solution (with "green" dish soap of course) on most surfaces, and they work great. however, i'm not sure how they'll do in this setting, and i don't have experience with tile floors or stainless steel.
i would love to hear your thoughts & recommendations!

We used Simple Green when I was in the Navy. I was very surprised to find out it was environmentally friendly. I can't stand the scent though...
