I have had ctx all night, I called midwife around midnight and she told me to try to go to bed. I cant sleep. I got up to go to the bathroom and had bloody show, definitely a big clump of something (MP?) mixed w/ blood, now I am bleeding very lightly. Is this normal? I know I shouldnt but I hate to bug my midwife this late and I dont know at what point I should call her.

To me it sounds like you're progressing. Which is great. But, I don't think I have enough info to make a call about when you should make a call!
Are you in active labor? Can you talk through a ctx if you wanted to? How far apart are the ctx? Can you concentrate enough to play a game of cards or bake cookies? Or are you doing the prodromal labor land shuffle at this point? A night of ctx can be prodromal or active labor -- were you laying down & they persisted growing with intensity, duration and timing?
Losing your MP with bloody show is a great indication that you will have your baby in the next day or two (sometimes!), but sometimes it's even later than that.
Now bleeding - actual positively bleeding like a period - I would call.

I agree. Bloody show isn't enough of a reason to call her. But once your contractions start to interfere with your functioning its a good time to give her a heads up.

You probably have your baby in your arms already. But, if not, an update?

I lost my mucus plug Wednesday and had some spotting after that for a while. I've also had terrible loose bowels and contractions on and off but still no wee one. So I'd say it's not an absolute necessity to call your midwife, but if it would make you feel better to consult with her then by all means do it. That's why she's there. :-D
Hope we both have our little ones soon!
