ANyone seen this show on HBO? My sister introduced it to me. The couple episodes I saw were hi-larious!

we lovelovelove this show. i'm pretty sure i've seen all the episodes now. my boyfriend has even started wearing those goofy animal shirts that bret wears.

I prefer their live songs to the show, but yup; Bret and Jemaine are great. And in case nobody knows, the pretty one was an Elf extra in LOTR. Yup, he's Figwit! He even got a line in ROTK due to his unexpected popularity.

From the moment it has been released til the minute I am posting this have not had a day, let alone an hour of not FOC. We are an obsessed family. And it doesn't help that this spring and summer Jemaine has been filming a movie here and half of our friends are in the BIZ.

I love Jemaine (my husband is a cool enough dude that he arranged for me to meet him) but all my friends like Bret more ( I think it is a mental defect)

And my 3 YO has not gone a day in the last 2 years without watching FOTC songs for half his waking hours on the youtube.

We are a FOTC family. Except for my husband ( a professional musician who likes them but mocks us, because he says they are not a "real" band.

But OMG, I can not wait until next season.

Everyone who loves the HBO series, do a youtube search, they have so many more funny songs, Jenny, jakov, yelena and me, etc. They have been doing this years.

They have a super funny Texas Oddesy film (they made) when they came to SXSW but it gets removed from youtube sometimes (not sure why) it's funny as hell.

And there is a BBC radio series that is cool, it seems like the inspiration to the HBO series, many of the same themes, but it is out on CD, I have it and love it.

UM, just trying to find things to pass the time til the next season.

Whatthefolk.net has a lot of stuff.

Jemaine has been doing claymation for a while now (think albie the racist dragon on the HBO series, but with more plot and drama)

Our whole family is neck deep.


I can't wait til the next season.

But, if you are like me and think Jemaine is the end all be all (first watch eagle vs Shark) there is another movie they have just been filming. My husband always tells me it, since he works with the film commission, but it falls right out of my head because I think "jemaine *drooool* jeeemaaiinne!*"

Yeah, I can't figure out why Bret has all the luck with the ladies! I'm just not that into facial hair I guess.

Oh I just saw this thread on the main page!!!!! WE LOVE FOC's!!! I have the dvd of the season, and have to watch it over again. So awesome! My DH and I love business time too!

We love FOTC too!! We don't have HBO though so we'll have to wait until the DVD comes out! I love the David Bowie episode. "This is all part of your freaky, freaky dream!" LOL!!
