Both my boys pooped on me right after they were born, but there's so much warm mushy stuff coming out of you that a little poo (or a lot) isn't even noticeable. My mw just wiped it up, no big deal. The boys are at the age now where they love telling the poop on mom story

I just got pooped on and peed on. And I most DEFINITELY did NOT care. You're pretty messy right after birth anyway, and a little meconium thrown into the mix is no biggy, believe me. It will get absorbed by the blankets covering you both. Besides, we were too busy drying off our LO, figuring out the baby's sex, and just being amazed and thankful at the whole experience it was like, "ooh, I guess she pooped". My foot had (my) blood all over it too, but I didn't care about that either.

Honestly, I didn't notice it much until I was ready to go shower anyway. You're just so in love with the baby that a little poop is hardly on the radar.

They usually don't put a diaper on right away, unless you ask them to. Even if your baby can't be on your belly for whatever medical reason the diaper isn't the first thing to go on. My son didn't pee until a few hours after birth, and poop came the next day.
