Front of a wrap
Back of it

That's for my neice. That was pre-wash/lanolized.

Side 1 of dumb fish
Side 2

I hate that pattern (from Toys to Knit). I can never get it seamed well (you can see in the pic) at the end. This was part of a trade. It turned out huge! DD1 wanted it for a pillow so I think I need to make her one.

Nice! So does the wrap have velcro on it, or do you use a snappi or what? Seems like it would be a nice quick knit-faster than a soaker or longies.

It's supposed to have velcro/applix (per the pattern) but I left it off. IMO it reduces the stretch on it and told my sister as much. She said to not worry about it and she'll try snaps on it. If it doesn't work she'll try applix. You could use a snappi though. I never have.

Very nice! How did you learn to knit?

Where can I find the pattern. That looks like it will knit up faster than most of the others I have seen.

Yup, very quick! I've made 7ish now (not all at once ). I like them.

CompostMom I learned to knit from this site a couple years ago. I just bought some cheapo needles and some acrylic yarn and watched the videos over and over. It worked. Last year we moved and a friend, who also knits, came over and showed me the little things I was doing wrong. The videos on that site rock though. I use them often. Really nice if you are a visual learner but don't have anyone near you who knits.
