FET and breastfeeding?

Does anyone know much about this? When I asked after we conceived DD, I was told we had to be totally weaned for two months before FET. Now I'm more than ready for #2 (we've been "trying" for 7 months) and not at all ready to stop nursing. We have male factor issues, so I don't NEED drugs. I plan on calling again about it, but wanted to see what other mamas had experienced.

TIA!

I think it totally depends on your doctor. If you will not be taking drugs then there is no real reason to wean. However, it's the easy thing for some doctors to point the finger at to say oh this would make things easier if you weaned.

Are you having normal cycles and ovulating regularly? I think the reason they want you to wean before FET (especially an unmedicted one) is that BFing can change your cycle in a way that would make it difficult for the embryo to implant.
