2 sets of twins - 1 fraternal and 1 identical
13 c-sections
At least 3 VBACs
32 hospital births not including c/s (probably more - some of the stats didn't specify)
36 home births (again, probably more)

the final tally.....

Hi all,

I'm KLTroy's mom and I love numbers! Here are some more for you.

For those of you who listed a specific due date (and not counting the twin mamas):

* 4 of you gave birth more than 3 weeks before your due date
* 3 of you gave birth more than 2 and up to 3 weeks before your due date
* 13 of you gave birth more than 1 and up to 2 weeks before your due date
* 21 of you gave birth up to 1 week before your due date

* 6 of you delivered on your due date (about 5% of babies come on their due date)

* 18 of you gave birth up to 1 week after your due date
* 6 of you gave birth more than 1 week and up to 2 weeks after your due date
* 1 of you gave birth more than 2 weeks after your due date

For those of you who provided baby weights:

* The smallest baby was 4# 14 0z (born 36 days early). The biggest baby was 11# 6 oz (born 9 days late).
* 1 of your babies weighed between 5 and 6 lbs.
* 8 of your babies (including twins) weighed between 6 and up to 7 lbs.
* 23 of your babies (including twins) weighed between 7 and up to 8 lbs.
* 13 of your babies weighed between 8 and up to 9 lbs.
* 10 of your babies weighed between 9 and up to 10 lbs.
* 2 of your babies weighed between 10 and up to 11 lbs.

our boys are ID twins ... and wasn't there one more twin mama??

How about how many were delivered unassisted by Dad! At least three that I know of off the top of my head.

So amazing when it's broken down like that--all the healthy, wonderful deliveries and babies and mama's. Birth is awesome!

Ahh yes the 3 UCs that I know of were included in the homebirth list. It would be fun to have a tally of who caught the babies... you, DH, doc/MW or other?

It would've been 7 if my little one hadn't arrived on her late great grandmother's birthday! Instead we went with Lucia for my nana...

My daughter's middle name is Rose too. It's her second middle name: Heidi Evan Rose!

There were 3 sets of twins....Mamatigress delivered quite early and didn't post a birth story.
