MW appt went well today. My bp is holding perfect, mild swelling in my feet, measuring just fine, and little monkey is in good position with a great heartbeat. It was so great she did not want to check me and ruin it with bad news that I'm not really doing anything! Left if it at if she hasn't been over to deliver by 40 weeks, she'd drop by to check on me when coming to or through town

I've had an interesting day..

Spent all morning at the zoo, walking around with the kids and whatnot.

Had a tripple playdate at my house all afternoon (2 10month olds, 2 9yr olds , and 3 3-6yr olds)

And then my MW's came over to check me (at my request, I had 6 hrs of contractions monday that ended up going nowhere).


i'm 100% effaced and I went from a 2.5 to a 5 during the exam.
They also rotated the babys head because it was presenting on the side above an ear. they think that odd presentation is what stalled me on Monday - the head never fully engaged so labor never fully started. etc.


I've had 3 cntrx in the past hour. Milder then the the othe day tho... we'll see how this goes.....
