Wow, that is amazing! You are good luck for this thread! Our first BFP and it's not even early August yet. Yippee!! So what dpo did you get your BFP then?

So for me, AF is still hanging on over here. Only the second one off BC, and it's longer and heavier than it used to be. And has anyone else noticed Tampax has changed their tampon design? #@$%@#$$#!!! They were the only ones that really fit me before, and now they suck. UGH!!!

There should be a rule that all TWW hosts MUST get BFP's.

2 in 9 -I am so happy for you. I just knew something good was going to happen. I just had this feeling.
Jaci- I am on clomid this month and prometrium after ovulation. This is going to be our month. Also, we are du to ovulate around the same time. I normally ovulate on cd10 or CD11 but with clomid it may be later.
North- How are things going with you. Have you recovered from the party. Lets hope we all get a BFP.

Look on the bright side, if we get bfp in August we won't have to be pregnant in the summer. Three years ago I was 9 months pregnant in the heat of Florida. It was dreadful. I am just looking on the bright side.

I wish I could give up on a cycle! I count the first 2 days of AF as "possible implantation spotting" even if it is of waterfall proportions!

I usually ovulate around day 16 but maybe it will be early on the femara. I hope this is our month. You'll have to keep me in check about testing. I am hoping that I can hold off until 10 DPO to start testing this month. I am so ready to be pregnant, but it is all in Gods time not mine. I have to keep telling myself that over and over where I want obsess. Kelly let me know if you need anything I am here.

Can I join? I just finally ovulated yesterday I think, a few days later than usual. So I'll probably start testing on 8/1, or possibly the day before if I can't hold out that long.

Looks like this should be a very lucky TWW thread, since it had its first BFP even before the TWW officially started. Congrats 2in09!

Hi there - I'd like to join as well!

O'd the 18th and normally (i think?) have a 28 day cycle...anyone have any idea of when I could test? This is my first cycle, so I really have no idea what I'm doing...any help would be much appreciated!

Also - slightly embarassing admission - I have no *clue* how to check my CP. anyone know of any good website, references, etc?

You could probably check as early at late July, but the longer you wait, the more likely to avoid a false negative (if you end being preggo). As for CP, check out Fertility Friend. You can sign up with them to chart and they have an "e-course" that guides you through all that important stuff.

Jaci- I think femera is like clomid, right? I started taking it on cd2-cd6. I have taken it two days now and so far no side effects. I am not going to start prometrium until about a week after ovulation. I ovulate on my own but apparently I need a little boost with progesterone. I normally ovulate about cd 10 or cd 11. My opk normally comes positive around day 9. However, with clomid I am not sure when I will ovulate. I was estimating around cd 13 because it says you normally ovulate 5-10 days after the last pill. So that would put me somewhere in the neighborhood of 11-16 days. I probably won't start prometrium until at least cd 21 or so. I want to wait that long as a precaution in case I ovulate later. Also, I agree with you on God's time. I keep saying to him "Your will not mine, but can I please have another baby?". I really do think I will have another. I know I will probably test at 9dpo just because I know I will. Even if I try to stay away from those tests I am a POAS addict. I just can't help myself. Its like playing the lottery. I even get anxious about getting home to test. Its crazy. I told you last month my eyes were hurting from looking for a line.

Kelly: OM you sound just like me. I think we are both going to have a baby, soon I hope. I started the femara on Sunday and I only take five of them so I should be taking the last one Thursday. I will keep you posted, you keep me posted also. I hope we ovulate around the same time to motivate one another. I have a friend who is doing IVF next Friday; I am hoping we will be pregnant together.

I'm just so happy to hear about 2in09's BFP! let's hope that August is the month for all of us! :

me: I had a doozy of a period this month. Today I'm finally OTR (off the rag). I swear I gained 10 lb in water during the whole PMS work-up as well. Amazing, just how crumby and unattractive you feel when you are waiting to know. Today is a different story, however. Today I am feeling thin and chic. I guess that waiting to ovulate has it's benefits.
