What time of the day did you take your clomid?

I think I might have heard somewhere that if you take it before bed it helps with the side effects...is that right?? I know you are suppose to take it at the same time each day. Just looking for some guidance! Just counting down the days before I have to take that first pill. Thinking positive!!) Friday is the day!! TIA

I took it at bedtime, iirc. My side effects were minimal. I had 1 day of awful mood swings.

I got pregnant with my twins during my first cycle of clomid. Good luck!

I took mine in the morning. For me, I didn't really notice s/e as much while taking it, but as I got closer to ovulation and then the 2ww, the emotional swings were awful.

my doctor told me to take it at bedtime, so that's what i did. I didn't really have physical side effects, but I think I because a wee bit crazy emotionally...

I took it at bedtime and the only side effects I noticed (in three cycles) were:

waking up very hot and sweaty multiple times at night, like having hot flashes. Dosage changes didn't seem to affect the intensity.

One evening crying fit per cycle usually on day 3 or 4 of clomid. Once I got it out, I was calm for the rest of the cycle.

I've always heard night time is best to avoid most of the side effects.

I took it in the morning but only did one cycle. My s/e were minimal, but so was my dose.

Well, I took my first 2 pills last night!!! Woke up this morning feeling normal as can be. I figured it wouldn't make a difference this early, but who knows. I think the acupunturist that I go to said I probably wouldn't feel any affect until after 3 doses so we will see. I would love it if I wouldn't have any symptoms, but then again if I don't then I'll feel like it is not working or something, you know??? Friday the 25th at 7:00am is my U/S!!! Whoa!!!!!!!!!!! :
