  • Adventures in Tandem Nursing
  • Mothering your Nursing Toddler
  • How Weaning Happens
  • The Politics of Breastfeeding
  • How to Talk so Kids Will Listen (And Listen So Kids Will Talk)
  • Siblings Without Rivalry
  • Mother Nurture
  • Raising Your Spirited Child
  • How Birth Choices (or possible Outcomes) Affect Breastfeeding
  • The Fussy Baby Book
  • Actually, any of the Sears' books
  • Jack Newman's Ultimate Guide to Breastfeeding
  • Mothering Multiples
  • Silent Knife
  • whole foods for the whole family
  • working mother, nursing mother

Really, you want to cover the gamut of topics:
* Basic breastfeeding info, including weaning info (some moms do come to LLL for gentle weaning advice. some change their mind after talking to other moms/a leader. others want/need to wean and need gentle suggestions.)
* gentle discipline, including sibling issues
* birth books, including C-sections and how they impact breastfeeding
* starting solids
* the father's role
* multiples
* lactivism
* acknowledging the many and varied feelings of motherhood
* working moms, including pumping info
* nursing the older baby/toddler/child
* tandem nursing
* special needs

Eh, go to the LLL bibliography page and start tooling around. I'm sure the community network would be a good resource.

I second the Breastfeeding Made Simple. That's the best breastfeeding book I've read.
