I did it! 
A very quick labor once things got picked up after my acupuncture appt. I arrived at the appt with irregular contractions about every 10-15 min apart, and as I sat on the table, they became regular at 5 min apart. By the time we got home (30 min drive) they were very regular at 4 min apart, Called my midwife and told her I thought I was handling them well (yay hypnobirthing) and she decided to "come check up on us anyway" She got here and they were about 3 min apart and pretty strong, checked me and found me at almost 7. Told us to take a walk around the block, and we walked around 3 times, Every contraction I stopped and focused on the moon, it was SO beautiful last night!
things picked up really quickly and by the time we got back she had the pool filled and I got in.
Checked me again and I was at a 9 with a bulging bag. About 3 good contractions later and he came flying out. So fast she wasn't expecting it, I didn't even know I was pushing and all of a sudden the midwife is telling me to grab my baby! The bag of waters burst as he made his debut
Start to finish my midwife estimates my "labor" was about 4 hours, not counting all the contractions I've had for the past 2 days before, lol. And I would not say it was super difficult until those last 3 contractions where he came out. Hypnobirthing really helped me
I am feeling so amazingly blessed and happy I finally got the homebirth I have always wanted and dreamed about
