Which probiotic

Can someone link me to a good probiotic for a 6 month old with a possible dairy intolerance? I tried to look one up and there were so many! I have no idea where to start! Thanks.

I just ordered HLC Neonate by Pharmax for my 3 mth old. It's free of dairy, soy, and all the major allergens and it's made especially for infants.

We're using Power-Dophilus from Country Life.

ALERT: Pharmax Neonate is in a lactose base and I would not advise using this for a person who is trying to avoid dairy. It may ultimately be fine but I wouldn't try it during the initial ED. My DD was not okay with it.

You can look at the Genestra/Seroyal/Pharmax/HMF brands which are all essentially the same thing. I'm not sure if all Pharmax prbx are in lactose or not. There are multiple HMF products that are in an apricot powder base which would be fine for you. We use HMF neuro powder (probably not one you want to start with) but HMF Forte may be a good one for you.

Thanks, Mary. I forgot about that. I was just thinking about the bacteria strains for an infant. The other option, for the op, would be Kirkman's Bifido Complex.
