Mothering books on raising multiple kids.

Does any one know of any books,which deals with raising many kids?
i have three kids aged under 6,and i am expecting another in two months.
Even though there have been times of regrets,un bearable strains,never ending worries etc..
Still,i am grateful to God for these small ones/
But i would like to time to time get some inspiRAtion,from mothers in similar situations..
Browsing articles is not very easy..so i want to get my hands on some or one good book atleast..for me to read..to help me carry on..-)
