I did go into labor spontaneously last night at 7 p.m., and birthed twin A at the hospital 2:20 a.m., and twin B at 2:50. My second baby was breech throughout labor but did turn vertex in time to be born vaginally. I did most of my pushing upright, kneeling on the table in the operating room. (I'll post a birth story after I write it.)

Here are their stats:

Noel Stephen
born July 20 at 2:20 a.m.
19 inches
7 lbs

Linus Patrick
born July 20 at 2:50
19 inches
7 lbs, 11 oz.

They have been stable and nursing well.

Congratulations! I'm so glad you went into labor on your own and had a vaginal birth, I know it was really important to you. You worked so hard growing those babies, good job Mama!
