Tried and tru recipe for natural house cleaner/sanitiser

Hello all knowledgable MDCers!!

I am looking for a tried and true recipe for a simple, effective, cheap household cleaner. Preferably something I can stick in a spray bottle and something that has antibacterial properties...

vinegar and lemon juice (1/8 lemon juice)

For stuff where a paste would be better, use baking soda and vinegar

but I myself have my limits, good old fashioned bleach for the toilet and mildew.......
