Another castor oil question

Maybe this should be a poll of sorts...

For those of you who have tried using castor oil to induce labor:

How much did you take?
Did it indeed induce labor?
Any other details?

I'm 41 weeks tommorrow and just beginning to think ahead!

4 oz- took it 9:15 am- early labor started about 5:30 pm-healthy baby and easy birth 11:47 pm

the pooping part was yucky but my mws were going to have to transfer me at 42 weeks. way better than pit!

I took 2 ounces with OJ in the early afternoon (3pm"ish")...starting getting the "bathroom calls" around 7:30pm...that lasted about 30 minutes until there was nothing left for sure and I realized that these "cramps" might be timeable...so around 8pm started timing...and sure enough, by 11:30pm she was born (with 20 minutes to spare once we arrived at the hospital!!!)...Au natural without drugs! Perfect delivery! If the docs schedule another hospital induction for this one, I will do it again in a heartbeat!
