Travel food ideas??

I was wondering if anyone here might have some ideas about traveling and food. I have a 2 y.o with food allergies (eggs, wheat, milk, shellfish, tree nuts, and peanuts). We live overseas right now and I am at a loss as to what to feed her when we travel for a few days at a time. Anyone have any reccomendations for prepackaged meals? Or even better, have any ideas on what I could make at home and take with us that would stay good for a few days with little to no refridgeration?

The only thing I can really think of is dried fruit and rice, so all ideas are appreciated

cereals - crispy rice, rice chex, etc., and rice milk. Hamburgers are usually easy to find when travelling ; just make sure they're 100% beef, and cut them up into small pieces. You can make your own granola bars. Fruit can withstand being unrefrigerated - bananas, peaches, grapes, nectarines, plums. microwave popcorn? We have brands in the US that are pretty allergy friendly (just corn, safflower oil, salt). I'm sure I can think of more, but I'm getting a brain freeze at the moment.
