dairy free smoothies??

coconut milk added to the smoothie will add fat and no dairy.

combos i like:

blueberry
frozen banana
coconut milk

frozen banana
pineapple
coconut milk

strawberries
banana
coconut milk

you can add water to thin it out if needed. they are very good!

I use almond milk most of the time... don't know how "fatty" it is though!

Here is my standby which I got from a grain-free thread earlier this year

3+ raw eggs
2-6 Tbs. butter/coconut oil melted in 1 cup hot water

Blend together then add fruits, extracts, honey, or whatever you want.

I like mine with:

berries
banana
milk
coconut oil (1-2T)

That's pretty much it, sometimes I'll throw in some avocado if we have a half left over from dinner or something. It blends in pretty well.

I use coconut milk pretty often, with banana and whatever other fruit. I throw in half an avacado too if I have one around.
