biotin for cradle cap/ dermatitis

i started biotin today for EBF DS's eczema/cradle cap.

anyone done it?

i heard injections for both mother and baby are the most successful treatments - but that's too invasive. i'm hoping it gets into my milk.

We haven't tried that, but we have tried a LOT of things.... and I can tell you this- if it's food allergy related, nothing you do will clear the eczema until you get all the 'bad' foods out of your diet. Treatments will help with the dry skin or itchiness, but they will not get rid of it.
