line drying indoors question...humidity

I have yet to put up my umbrella drying line (the hole is dug, but I have to get the cement/sleeve in yet ) and have 2 great heavy duty drying racks I use, one like this, http://joyfulspincycle.com (the butterfly rack...I LOVE it, it is so durable) plus one from Canadian Tire that is pretty much exactly simular.

I am wondering about drying indoors. I have because of rain, etc, but have yet to do it year round (don't want to dry outdoors in the winter). What about humidity issues? We do have some moisture issues with our house with some wall damage (actually, more from lack of eavestroughs, improper grading, and a leak in the roof of our dormer than anything else, but still) We have no vents or fans in our kitchen or BR, and I cannot afford an HRV system at the moment.

Should I be nervous about drying indoors? I like hanging to dry so far, and it saves on my clothes. What do you do in more humid climes like the south US? It is pretty humid here, but not like there.

I live in a dry climate and can air-dry year-round inside or out.

If you have dry weather in the winter, though, drying indoors can improve your home's humidity in a good way.
