After all the talk about Coconut Bliss, I thought about posting about another coconut sorbet available on the East Coast.
But, I found an even better product while at Whole Foods last week.
Turtle Mountain now makes Coconut frozen dessert and it comes in great flavors. It's dairy-free and soy protein-free (but does have soy lecithin and soybean oil) and tested regularly for the presence of allergens. They even have a chocolate chip cookie dough flavor that is gluten free.
Apparently they are also now marketing Coconut milk yogurt that is dairy and soy free, but I haven't seen that at any of my local HFS.
