Anyone have any ideas for how to make a pulled muscle in my tummy feel better? I hurt myself by carrying a paper box (you know the one's that the reams of paper come in) full of paper. One more reason to quit my job!!
arnica was the first thought that popped into my head. either get some homeopathic and take it under the tongue or get some cream/gel/oil and rub it over the sore muscle. it speeds healing of sprains and bruises and that sort of thing. also if your not against it and in a lot of pain, take some tylenol. its saved me when i reached the point of desperation on several occasions.

Thanks all. Arnica is what my m/w also recommended. I guess I will be stopping by the Healthway on my way home. I'd like to avoid the tylenol if possible.
