
I've been feeling like I really just want to take a big bite out of a crisp, juicy apple, even if it means I'll immediately have a swollen throat, itchy lips, etc. Somehow, it all seems worth it...
Okay, I know it's not worth it, but it's so frustrating! Apples are, by far, my favorite fruit. Even though I can eat them cooked (my allergy is OAS-related), adding them to my oatmeal or eating apple pie is just not the same as taking a bite out of a fresh apple!
Okay, whine over. I figured I could share that here and get some sympathy.

ETA: I also miss raw bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and peas. I think I'll soon be adding bananas and pears to that list...
