Need help finding insurance for home and home childcare

I'm wanting to open my own home Daycare, but I need insurance. My current insurance company will drop us if we have more than 3 kids that are not related to us.

So who do you use for home owners and your daycare?

I have separate insurance for my daycare, having that keeps my homeowners insurance happy.

There are many providers of insurance for daycares, a good list is available through Redleaf. www.redleafinstitute.org They have lots of other good info for homedaycare providers, too. I've been a fan for something like eight years, the entire time I've been a daycare provider.

My mom is a CPA, and she agrees that their tax info is spot-on. :-)

Who is your home insurance? If they are happy with you having more than 3 kids then that is what I need. Even with another insurance they will drop me.
