As was previously said, just because one part is retractable doesn mean you or anyone else should retract, just clean the outside. Also, dont be surprised if that section actually adhears again-most newborns arnt retractable at all and itd just be going to a more typical state. Nothing to worry about

I actually had an online friend go through somthing similar-she was so sure she wanted it done until they started seperating the foreskin away from his glans and he was screaming so hard. She actually stopped the whole thing and took him home-it reattached on its own and seems to be ok now. Thank goodness you both actually went back and stayed there for your little guys-otherwise you'd have been handed him back by a nurse saying "oh he barely even cried!"
