Need Advice

I am not sure if this is the right area or not but here goes.....I have a complaint I want to make concerning what I feel was religious/racial prejudice at my local YMCA. I have already made an appointment with the manager but I also want to complain elsewhere. Does anyone know where I would go? I have no idea where to start I hope someone reads this as I feel very strongly about what happened to me and I really do need advice badly.
